1. All Cake orders require a prepayment.
2. Special toys require 14-days notice to order the toy - By Thursday.
3. Toys can only be added to cakes with minimum size of 1/4 sheet.
4. Two flavors for cakes only on cakes larger than 1/2 sheet (8 lbs).
5. Discount available for full party order.
6. No refunds, Store Credit will be given if deemed necessary.
7. Suger Free Cake cost extra charge.
8. For custom cakes, Visit decopac.com and give information of that cake in special request
